Pharmacist AI Trainer – Remote (Nottingham)

About the role

We are seeking licensed pharmacists to join Prolific’s Domain Expert network and help train cutting‑edge AI models used in healthcare. Working remotely, you will evaluate and improve AI‑generated pharmaceutical advice, ensuring accuracy, safety and clinical relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated responses to pharmacy scenarios and rate them for accuracy, safety and clinical reasoning.
• Compare multiple model answers, select the best one and justify the choice based on current pharmacy standards.
• Create improved exemplars, rationales or structured feedback to teach models how to better counsel on medication and pharmacology.

Required profile

• Current, good‑standing pharmacy licence (PharmD, RPh or equivalent) and, where applicable, board certification.
• Recent experience in retail, clinical or hospital pharmacy with confidence in drug‑interaction evaluation, dosing and therapeutic reasoning.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour per task.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a computer and a PayPal account for payments.
• Willingness to work as a self‑employed participant and to complete a short eligibility screener.

Required skills

• Pharmacy clinical expertise (drug interactions, dosing, therapeutic reasoning).
