Pharmacist – Part‑time (Glasgow)

About the role

ASDA is looking for a part‑time pharmacist to join its Parkhead pharmacy in Glasgow. You will be the frontline professional delivering both NHS and private pharmacy services while supporting a busy retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and provide clinical advice to customers.
• Deliver NHS and private healthcare services, including urgent care and emergency prescriptions.
• Manage and motivate the pharmacy team to meet service standards.
• Ensure safety and compliance with GPhC regulations.
• Collaborate with in‑store, regional and head‑office teams for clinical and service support.
• Participate in regular feedback sessions and pursue additional accreditations funded by ASDA.

Required profile

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Accredited to deliver national and local NHS services and private healthcare.
• Strong customer‑care focus with the ability to meet business targets.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced pharmacy setting.
