About the role

Join Superdrug’s pharmacy team in Bicester as a part‑time Dispenser. Whether you already hold an NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing or are eager to start as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant, you will work in a supportive environment that values both qualifications and enthusiasm for healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Support the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers and patients at the counter and in the dispensary.
• Ensure care, efficiency and professionalism in every interaction.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and merchandising throughout the pharmacy.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) – or a strong interest in beginning a pharmacy career as a trainee assistant.
• No prior pharmacy experience required; a passion for healthcare and customer service is essential.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Dispensing (NVQ Level 2) or equivalent qualification.
