Pharmacy Team Leader – Retail Pharmacy

About the role

Superdrug is looking for a Pharmacy Team Leader to join its Taunton store. You will be responsible for leading the pharmacy team, supporting day‑to‑day operations and ensuring high‑quality service for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the pharmacy team to achieve performance targets.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Drive performance improvements and add value to the business.
• Ensure the dispensary runs efficiently and complies with GPhC standards.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 in Dispensing (Level 2 considered acceptable).
• Previous experience working in a dispensary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Supervisory experience in pharmacy or retail environments.
• Ambitious professional eager to grow and progress.
