Pharmacy Technician – Part‑time (20 hrs/week)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician to join a welcoming GP practice near Letchworth Garden City. The role is part‑time (20 hours per week) within a multidisciplinary team focused on high‑quality patient care and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise medicines and support repeat prescribing processes.
• Conduct medication reconciliation and perform regular audits.
• Use the SystemOne clinical system for dispensing and record‑keeping.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient‑focused care.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Minimum six months experience in a GP practice or primary‑care setting.
• Recognised Pharmacy Technician qualification.
• Confident in medicines optimisation, repeat prescribing, medication reconciliation and audits.
• Strong communication skills with a patient‑focused and confidentiality mindset.
