About the role
A well‑established secondary school in East London is looking for an experienced Physics Teacher to join its science department. The role involves teaching Physics to students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 and contributing to the broader curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, practical Physics lessons for KS3, KS4 and KS5.
- Assess and track student attainment and progress.
- Collaborate with the science department to develop and enhance the curriculum.
- Participate in departmental meetings, staff development and school events.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching Physics in a UK secondary school.
- Strong knowledge of the UK Physics curriculum.
- Enthusiastic and committed approach to teaching.
