About the role

Join Selco's warehouse team in Cheltenham as a Picker & Loader. You will help deliver excellent customer service by preparing and picking stock for delivery, using forklift trucks and other equipment. The role is full‑time (37.5 hours per week) with varied shift patterns.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks and warehouse equipment to ready stock for dispatch.
• Accurately pick and assemble items to fulfil customer orders.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to customers interacting with the shop floor.
• Work varied shifts, covering the 37.5‑hour weekly schedule.

Required profile

• Team‑oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to undergo full training on equipment.
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns.
• Physical capability to handle warehouse tasks safely.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (training provided).
