About the role
We are looking for a reliable Picker Packer to join our client’s packaging team in Hastings on a temporary basis. You will work on a production line, ensuring orders are accurately assembled and ready for dispatch.
Key responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack products to meet order fulfilment standards.
- Operate on a production line, handling items with care.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Required profile
- Must live in Hastings or be able to commute daily.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.

- Competitive hourly rate of £12.71.
- Full‑time temporary contract (Monday‑Friday).
