Picker Packer – Warehouse Operations

About the role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Basildon warehouse team as Picker Packers. In this role you will help ensure that customer orders are assembled accurately and dispatched on time during a busy period.
Key responsibilities
- Use handheld scanners to locate and record items for each order.
- Pick products from shelves and pack them securely for shipment.
- Maintain high accuracy to meet dispatch schedules and picking targets.
- Report any low‑stock items encountered during picking.
- Adhere to the set working hours of 9:00 am to 4:15 pm, Monday to Friday.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly.
- Reliability in attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work on‑site in a warehouse environment.
