Picker / Warehouse Operative – Temp to Perm (42.5 hrs/week)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Picker/Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution warehouse in Ringwood. This temporary‑to‑permanent position offers a fast‑paced environment where you will help ensure smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Prepare stock for dispatch
- Perform goods‑in and goods‑out duties
- Move and organise stock within the warehouse
- Load and unload deliveries
- Carry out general warehouse and manual handling tasks
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Energetic, upbeat and positive attitude
- Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Capable of working accurately under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
