About the role
Responsive Personnel are currently recruiting for a Picker with a valid Reach Forklift licence to join our client’s busy warehouse operation in Swindon. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, is reliable and takes pride in getting the job done accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate a Reach Forklift safely and responsibly.
- Load, unload and move stock around the warehouse.
- Check goods and ensure orders are prepared correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
- Follow all warehouse health & safety procedures.
- Support the wider warehouse team when required.
Required profile
- Valid Reach Forklift licence.
- Previous warehouse/picking experience preferred.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Physically fit and comfortable with a warehouse environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of workplace health & safety.
