Picker/Packer – Food Production Operative

About the role

We are looking for reliable Picker/Packer staff to join a busy food production company in Uxbridge. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am‑4:00 pm with a 30‑minute unpaid break, and offers a competitive hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack food products accurately and efficiently.
• Work within a fast‑paced production and warehouse environment.
• Prepare orders to a high standard and ensure timely dispatch.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Support the wider production team as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food production or food packing.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced role.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliability, punctuality and commitment to attending every shift.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety standards.
