Picture Desk Assistant – Remote (UK)

About the role

The Picture Desk Assistant supports the organisation and maintenance of creative content across our website. Working remotely from the UK, you will collaborate with the Picture Desk, Editorial, Hotel Curation and Creative teams to keep product, property and brand information accurate and accessible.

Key responsibilities

• Action content updates across the website.
• Liaise with hoteliers to collect and manage property updates, imagery and key information.
• Organise, tag and maintain assets within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Collaborate with Picture Desk and Editorial teams to ensure content consistency and brand alignment.
• Assist the Creative team with ad‑hoc content production requests, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail when managing content and assets.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Interest in photography and travel.
