Placement Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Placement Support Executive to work closely with the Head of Placement and Regional Placement Directors. The role focuses on supporting our placement strategy, ensuring smooth administration of insurance placements, and delivering high‑quality data insights to drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis and data exchange across insurer placement, client retention, and new business pipelines.
• Handle reporting, data changes, and stakeholder queries, transforming and visualising data to provide accurate MI.
• Prepare reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Oversee end‑to‑end placement support, supporting brokers with market submissions and insurer communications.
• Monitor placement activity, identify operational improvements, and support preparation of key information for meetings.

Required profile

• Significant experience in the insurance industry with strong knowledge of placement processes.
• Proven use of Acturis for analysing placement and broking activity.
• Advanced understanding of regulatory and legislative frameworks in financial services.
• Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while meeting agreed timelines.
