Planned & Complex Works Planner – Temporary (London)

About the role

We are looking for a Planned & Complex Works Planner to join our fast‑moving housing team in Camden on a temporary basis. You will coordinate repair requests, allocate work to operatives and contractors, and ensure service level agreements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming repair requests, prioritize them and assign jobs based on skillset and urgency.
• Manage daily schedules to meet SLA targets and optimise resource utilisation.
• Act as the main communication hub between operatives, contractors and customer‑service teams.
• Arrange, confirm and, when necessary, reschedule customer appointments.
• Monitor live jobs, flag delays, and ensure accurate job closure and data entry for reporting.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
