Planned Investment Manager

About the role

Clarion is seeking an experienced Planned Investment Manager to lead the delivery of its Planned Asset Investment Programme across the East region. You will work closely with a Tier‑1 contractor, internal teams and residents to ensure the programme is strategic, cost‑effective and delivered to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, validate and deliver the planned investment programme within a defined area.
• Coordinate with the Tier‑1 contractor to execute works and manage monthly valuations.
• Conduct stock condition surveys and site inspections before, during and after works.
• Provide clear updates to internal stakeholders and residents on progress and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and commercial requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering planned investment programmes in the housing or property sector.
• Strong contract management and commercial experience, including budget control, forecasting and risk management.
• Solid understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks.
