Planning Manager – Data Center Projects (EMEA)

About the role

We are seeking a Planning Manager to lead planning and scheduling activities for data‑center development projects across the UK, France and Germany. The role will focus on assessing project reports, ensuring compliance with standards and optimising timelines to support CloudHQ’s strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain planning and scheduling standards with general contractors and vendors.
• Assess project reports for compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits of schedules and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee comprehensive project schedules, monitor progress and report deviations.
• Collaborate with consultants, engineers, project managers and other stakeholders to align timelines and resources.
• Provide regular updates and risk assessments to the Project Controls Director.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project planning for data‑center or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and change management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting EMEA‑wide initiatives.

• Knowledge of construction contract terms and compliance procedures.
