About the role
We are seeking an experienced Planning Solicitor to join our growing team in Milton Keynes. This permanent position offers the chance to work on a varied caseload of planning matters for both private and public sector clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic planning advice to clients across sectors.
- Prepare, submit and manage planning applications, agreements and obligations.
- Handle appeals, inquiries and enforcement actions.
- Negotiate and draft planning-related agreements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Required profile
- 1‑6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in planning law.
- Qualified solicitor with a strong understanding of planning legislation.
- Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
