Plant Industrialisation & Business Management Graduate Programme

About the role

Join Airbus at the Broughton wing manufacturing site as part of a two‑year Global Graduate Programme, developing expertise in plant industrialisation and business management while contributing to the production of Airbus commercial aircraft wings.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, assembly and delivery of wings to final assembly lines at the Broughton site.
• Lead enhancements of the current industrial system through continuous improvement, operational excellence, engineering and quality initiatives.
• Participate in cost‑reduction projects and major technical, technological and industrial step‑change projects shaping the future plant.
• Rotate through up to eight different areas, including operations, lineside support, plant production support, logistics, manufacturing engineering, programme, quality, facilities management, innovation and digitalisation.

Required profile

• University degree (or equivalent) in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Studies, Lean, Supply Chain, Asset Management or Digital/Technology.
• Recent graduate or early‑career experience in manufacturing, lean production, project management or product development environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Motivation to work collaboratively, drive innovation and take ownership of personal development.
