Plant Production Support Placement – 12.5‑Month Internship

About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available within the Plant Production Support team at Airbus Broughton. The placement lasts 12.5 months, starting 16 August 2027, and offers a chance to develop organisational and communication skills while supporting plant strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support multi‑functional reviews and hear new ideas directly from originators.
• Assist project leaders in developing and growing innovative ideas.
• Support the Capex submission process by applying funding to back new projects.
• Chair monthly budget‑compliant reviews with plant representatives and key stakeholders.
• Use digital solutions to enhance ways of working.

Required profile

• Undergraduate studying Business Management, Finance or Accounting for the full placement duration.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to create robust and informative presentations.
• Confidence to chair sessions and present findings.
• Strong interest in self‑development.
• Willingness to work in an open and trusting environment.

What we offer

• Salary of £24,246 per year (35 hours per week).
