Plasterer – Mobile Role in Poole

About the role

We are looking for an experienced plasterer to join our social housing repairs and maintenance team covering Poole and the wider Bournemouth area. The role offers a mobile, full‑time position where you will work directly in occupied homes, providing high‑quality plastering and remedial services.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out internal plastering repairs, including skimming, patching and full wall or ceiling finishes.
• Perform damp and mould remedial works as required.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship while working in occupied properties.
• Manage your own stock and materials using the company‑provided fuel card and van.
• Use a PDA or mobile device to receive jobs and update status in real time.

Required profile

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent time‑served experience.
• Full UK driving licence (required to operate the company van).
• Asbestos awareness.
• Experience in social housing or reactive maintenance.
• Own tools are preferred.
• Strong customer service skills for direct tenant interaction.
