Plasterer – Multi Social Housing Repairs (Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join a leading social housing contractor on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role is based in High Wycombe and will involve reactive repairs and maintenance across tenanted social housing properties in the surrounding area.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out plastering works, including finishing and repairs.
• Perform painting and decorating tasks as required.
• Conduct damp and mould washing to maintain property standards.
• Complete reactive repair and maintenance jobs in social housing units.

Required profile

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 qualification (desired).
• Valid clean UK driving licence (no more than 3 points).
• Current DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience working within social housing environments.
• Familiarity with PDA usage on site.
• Clean, presentable appearance and eligibility to work in the UK.
