Platform Engineer – DevOps & MLOps Focus

About the role

We are looking for a Platform Engineer with a strong DevOps and MLOps focus to join a high‑profile AI platform project in London. You will design, build and operate the cloud infrastructure that powers large‑scale machine‑learning workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage cloud‑native infrastructure for AI and ML applications.
• Design, deploy and maintain production‑grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and platform automation.
• Improve platform reliability, observability and scalability.
• Collaborate with software, data and ML engineers to optimise deployment workflows.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience with Kubernetes.
• Hands‑on experience creating Terraform configurations.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Experience with Docker containerisation.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and DevOps best practices.
• Track record of supporting highly available, scalable production environments.
