About the role
We are seeking a qualified plumber to join our team in Birmingham on a full‑time, temporary basis. The role involves 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and offers a pay‑as‑you‑earn rate of £20.51 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance of the water system across the estate.
- Perform testing and commissioning of water‑related installations.
- Respond to breakdowns and carry out corrective maintenance promptly.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and safe recruitment practices.
Required profile
- Qualified plumber with relevant certifications.
- Experience in commercial or industrial water‑system maintenance.
- Ability to work the full 37.5‑hour weekly schedule on site in Birmingham.
- Commitment to follow safe working procedures.
