Plumber – Residential Repairs (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Plumber to join Raven Housing Trust’s Repairs team, delivering reliable plumbing services across residential properties in the South East. The role is full‑time, based onsite with a home base within the operating area, and includes an on‑call rota with additional compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out high‑quality plumbing repairs in occupied homes and communal areas.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently, aiming for right‑first‑time solutions.
• Install, repair and replace pipework, bathroom and kitchen components such as baths, basins, toilets, sinks, waste and drainage systems.
• Perform basic wall tiling as part of bathroom and kitchen refurbishments.
• Provide clear communication to residents, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including COSHH and safe working practices.

Required profile

• Recognised plumbing qualification (C&G Level 3 or NVQ Level 2).
• Proven experience delivering plumbing repairs in a customer‑focused environment.
• Ability to assess issues and determine effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently while supporting the wider team.
