Plumber – Residential Repairs (South East England)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Plumber to join our Repairs team, delivering reliable plumbing repairs across residential properties in South East England. You will work on occupied homes and communal areas, diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard while keeping residents informed.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out high‑quality plumbing repairs in occupied homes and communal spaces.
• Diagnose plumbing faults and implement effective, right‑first‑time solutions.
• Install, repair and replace pipework, bathroom and kitchen components such as baths, basins, toilets, sinks, waste systems and drainage.
• Perform basic wall tiling as part of bathroom and kitchen refurbishments.
• Maintain clear communication with residents throughout each job.
• Adhere to health, safety and COSHH regulations and follow risk assessments.

Required profile

• Recognised plumbing qualification (C&G Level 3 or NVQ Level 2).
• Proven experience in customer‑focused plumbing repairs.
• Ability to assess issues and select the most effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills for resident interaction.
• Experience using mobile technology to receive and update work records.
