PMO Analyst – Project Management Office

About the role

We are seeking a motivated PMO Analyst to join our dynamic team in the heart of London. You will support the Project Management Office, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, execution and monitoring of projects.
• Gather, analyse and present data to inform project decisions.
• Create and maintain project reports, dashboards and documentation.
• Identify risks and issues, providing recommendations for mitigation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a PMO or project management role, preferably within the financial institution and insurance sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Collaborative team player who can work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
