PMO Lead - Technical Products

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to establish, lead and continuously improve portfolio governance, planning, reporting and delivery oversight for a Technology Products function. You will work closely with senior technology leaders, product teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of key programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain PMO frameworks, processes and governance structures.
• Provide strategic oversight of delivery performance, financial management and resource planning.
• Produce portfolio reporting and performance dashboards for executive decision‑making.
• Manage portfolio planning, prioritisation, budgeting and resource allocation across multiple technology initiatives.
• Drive best‑practice project and portfolio management standards across the organisation.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading a PMO or Portfolio Management Office in a technology‑focused environment.
• Proven track record managing governance for complex digital or transformation portfolios.
• Strong understanding of technology product operating models and product‑led delivery.
• Experience supporting executive‑level decision‑making through portfolio reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and improve PMO frameworks and processes.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps and ServiceNow SPM.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
