PMO Manager – Technology Transformation

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global organisation undergoing a major technology transformation. As a PMO Manager you will drive programme governance, reporting and delivery assurance across a complex change portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead programme governance, controls and delivery assurance activities
• Own executive reporting, dashboards and steering‑committee materials
• Drive RAID management, planning, dependency tracking and milestone delivery
• Partner with Programme Directors and senior business leaders to support successful outcomes
• Support resource planning, financial tracking and programme performance reporting
• Embed best practice and continuous improvement across the PMO function

Required profile

• Proven PMO management experience within large‑scale technology transformation programmes
• Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder‑management expertise
• Experience supporting complex, multi‑workstream programmes in global environments
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
