Portfolio Costs Lead

About the role

The Portfolio Costs Lead will support the financial management of a multi‑year transformation portfolio within SGN’s Operations directorate. You will maintain accurate cost forecasts, manage purchase orders and requisitions, and track spend across several projects, providing clear visibility and strong cost control for senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost forecasts for the transformation portfolio.
• Process and monitor purchase orders and requisitions.
• Track and report spend across multiple projects.
• Provide financial administration and reporting to project managers and senior leaders.
• Ensure compliance with cost‑control policies and governance standards.

Required profile

• Experience in financial administration, cost forecasting or spend management.
• Ability to work closely with project managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Comfort working in a hybrid office environment with occasional UK travel.
