Portfolio Head of Sales

About the role

As Head of Portfolio Sales for the RX Creative Portfolio you will lead sales operations across a range of high‑profile exhibitions and trade shows, including the London Book Fair, MCM Comic Con and Bar Convent Berlin. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive sustainable revenue growth and coach a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic sales plans to grow revenue across the portfolio.
• Use data and market insight to identify opportunities, optimise customer segmentation and improve sales planning.
• Drive a high‑performance sales culture focused on new business and value‑based proposals, leveraging Salesforce.com.
• Build strong client, partner and industry relationships to deliver outcome‑focused solutions.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecast performance and communicate trends, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, finance, pricing, brand leadership and international teams to deliver successful exhibitions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership, sales management and revenue growth.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, competitive commercial environment.
• Exhibition or media sales experience in B2B and B2C contexts (desirable).
• Collaborative approach with experience working across functions and cultures.
• Growth mindset with strong relationship‑building, communication and presentation skills.
