Portfolio Manager – Bridging

About the role

Fintelligent is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of bridging and refurbishment lending facilities. You will work within a collaborative specialist lending team, balancing office and home working to deliver strong customer outcomes and robust credit stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of bridging finance and refurbishment lending facilities throughout their lifecycle.
• Monitor portfolio performance, construction progress, cash‑flow and early‑warning indicators.
• Prepare credit proposals for facility amendments while ensuring compliance with lending policies.
• Collaborate with customers, brokers and internal stakeholders to provide an efficient, high‑quality lending experience.

Required profile

• Experience in property lending or development finance within a banking or property finance environment.
• Strong knowledge of bridging finance and refurbishment lending.
• Proven ability to manage lending portfolios and support complex property finance transactions.

• Salary up to £60,000 per annum.
• Discretionary annual bonus.
• Hybrid working model with a 50/50 split between office and home.
