Portuguese Speaking Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Portuguese‑speaking Sales Consultant to join our London team and support the expansion of our financial‑markets education business into the Portuguese market. You will work with warm inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns and help prospective clients choose the right educational programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify warm inbound leads.
• Present and explain the company’s financial education programmes.
• Guide clients through the enrolment process.
• Build strong relationships and establish trust with customers.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in London and Portugal.
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese (Portugal) and English.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, customer service, client services, or another customer‑facing role.
• Confident communicating with people at all levels.
