Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner – Remote (London)

About the role

Join a specialist provider as a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner, working from home while delivering support across Lewisham, Hackney and Kent. You will manage your own diary within a 9:00 am‑5:30 pm day, balancing remote case work with community visits.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern.
• Develop and implement person‑centred PBS plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate case records and monitor progress against agreed outcomes.
• Travel to community settings as required, using your own vehicle.

Required profile

• Recognised PBS qualification (e.g., IABA, Tizard Centre, Welsh Centre or equivalent).
• Approximately 2 years of experience in a PBS or comparable role.
• Confidence in completing assessments and writing PBS plans.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
