Post Completion Assistant – Property (Liverpool)

About the role

We are recruiting for a well‑regarded Liverpool law firm to join its established property team as a Post Completion Assistant. The role provides essential support to the Post Completion Manager and fee earners across residential and commercial transactions, ensuring matters are completed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Submit applications to HM Land Registry for transfers, leases, charges and discharges.
• Handle Land Registry requisitions within required deadlines.
• Prepare and serve notices to freeholders or management companies and arrange related payments.
• Register and redeem mortgages in line with lender requirements.
• Monitor lender portals, download offers and upload supporting documentation.
• Track outstanding matters, manage key dates and OS1 deadlines.
• Liaise with lenders, clients and HM Land Registry, maintaining accurate records.
• Update case management systems and close files according to firm procedures and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with SRA, AML and internal policies.
• Support fee earners with post‑completion queries and assist the Post Completion Manager.
