Postperson with Driving – Part‑time (30 h/week)

About the role

Join Royal Mail as a Postperson with Driving, working 30 hours per week across a flexible shift pattern. You will be the friendly face that delivers mail, parcels and important documents to households and businesses in the Winchester area.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, sort and deliver mail and parcels to assigned routes.
• Operate a company‑provided vehicle safely, adhering to traffic regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues.
• Work weekends on a rota basis as required by operational demand.
• Provide excellent customer service, representing the brand positively.

Required profile

• Upbeat, independent and self‑motivated.
• Organised, punctual and committed to delivering great customer service.
• Enjoy walking for long periods and working outdoors in any weather.
• Strong sense of community and pride in the role.
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
