About the role

We are looking for a skilled or semi‑skilled Powder Coat Sprayer to join a busy production environment in South West England. You will work with a modern powder‑coating system, delivering high‑quality finishes while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Apply powder coatings to products, ensuring consistent, high‑quality finishes.
• Operate powder‑coating equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor coating quality and perform visual inspections.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve coating and production issues.
• Support development and optimisation of powder‑coating processes.
• Carry out daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Assist in developing paint schemes and application methods.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with production colleagues to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in powder coating, industrial painting, or a similar finishing environment.
• Good understanding of powder‑coating processes and equipment operation.
• Ability to identify faults and troubleshoot production issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
