Power Platform Developer – Glasgow

About the role

We are looking for a Developer to join the Labs team within Ashurst Perkins Coie’s Advance Digital division. Based in Glasgow, you will work in cross‑functional agile squads to design, build and support client‑facing and internal digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement custom applications with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio.
• Create detailed solution designs and architecture, integrating with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server and third‑party services.
• Build and configure custom connectors and work with REST APIs.
• Optimise code for scalability, maintainability and performance, applying testing, documentation and code‑review best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions while managing multiple initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree or certification in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 2+ years of experience building solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and/or Azure/AWS.
• Proficiency in at least one language such as .NET, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience integrating solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server or REST APIs.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
