Power Platform Developer (Power Apps, Power Automate & SQL)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our client’s team on a six‑month contract. The role focuses on extending a newly implemented CRM platform by building custom Power Apps, automating processes with Power Automate, and delivering SQL‑based data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain custom Power Apps that enhance CRM functionality.
• Create and optimise Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.
• Write, test and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
• Support reporting and business intelligence by providing accurate data extracts and integrating them into Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and data‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Solid SQL expertise, including complex query writing and data troubleshooting.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and delivering custom applications.
• Proactive, self‑sufficient attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

What we offer

• Day rate of £500 (Inside IR35).
• Initial six‑month contract with the possibility of extension.
• Hybrid work model – on‑site in Hampshire twice a month.
