Power Platform Solutions Architect

About the role

The Power Platform Solutions Architect joins Razorblue’s Solution Design team to shape, design and govern modern Microsoft‑based business solutions for a wide client base. Reporting to the Enterprise Solution Architect, the role blends deep technical expertise with commercial awareness and strong customer‑facing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of scalable Microsoft solutions, producing high‑level design (HLD) documents that meet Razorblue standards.
• Architect solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Microsoft 365.
• Integrate AI capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot and AI Builder where appropriate.
• Participate in client workshops and meetings to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Present proposals to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and support account managers with statements of work and project scopes.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric and related AI technologies throughout pre‑sales and delivery phases.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with hands‑on experience across the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft 365.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and customer‑engagement skills, comfortable in workshops, design sessions and pre‑sales discussions.
