PPC Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced PPC Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid search and paid social teams across our London, St Albans and Cheltenham offices. You will own the strategy, execution and optimisation of campaigns on Google Ads and major social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Conduct keyword research, ad grouping and audience targeting to maximise reach and relevance.
• Monitor bids, budgets and settings daily to achieve the best ROI within budget constraints.
• Analyse performance data, produce detailed reports and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align PPC efforts with broader client marketing strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, tools and best practices.
• Implement A/B testing to refine creative and targeting approaches.
• Present campaign results and strategic recommendations in client meetings.

• Several years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
• Deep understanding of PPC best practices, bidding strategies and optimisation techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills; proficiency with Google Analytics is desirable.
• Detail‑oriented with a growth mindset.
