PPC Executive – Paid Media Specialist

About the role

Join a leading UK digital marketing agency as a PPC Executive within the paid media team. Reporting to the Head of Paid Marketing, you will own the full lifecycle of recruitment‑focused campaigns, turning data into actionable insights that drive quality applications for high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise recruitment campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, with occasional work on Microsoft Advertising, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Indeed, Appcast and Acast.
• Interpret client briefs, meet deadlines and produce insight‑led reports that explain the "so what" behind the numbers.
• Analyse performance data to improve cost‑per‑application and overall campaign efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the wider delivery team to keep campaigns on track and clients informed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing PPC campaigns.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to translate numerical data into clear, compelling stories.
• Comfortable following briefs precisely and delivering on client expectations.
