About the role

This role offers the chance to own paid‑search performance for a well‑established consumer business. You will shape strategy, execute campaigns and drive measurable results across key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid‑search activity across key markets, delivering performance through execution.
• Develop and implement a PPC strategy aligned with broader marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Oversee product feeds and optimise shopping activity via Merchant Center.
• Monitor budgets and performance to maximise return on ad spend.
• Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct testing and experimentation to continuously improve performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform changes and industry trends.

Required profile

• Commercial experience managing large‑scale PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape, including SEO, affiliate and paid social.
• Experience supporting or developing junior team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
