PPC Manager – Paid Media Lead

About the role

The PPC Manager will own all paid media activity across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta platforms for a fast‑growing eCommerce business. Working closely with the Head of eCommerce and the wider marketing team, you will drive revenue growth through data‑driven optimisation and strategic audience work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end management of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing) and Meta campaigns, focusing on CTR, CPC, impression share and ROAS.
• Optimise paid search and Shopping campaigns to maximise revenue and non‑brand performance.
• Maintain and improve product feeds for Shopping, ensuring high relevance and quality.
• Develop and execute audience segmentation, Customer Match and lifecycle targeting strategies.
• Run structured testing on bidding, targeting and creative, and report insights to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing large‑scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts.
• Proven ability to scale non‑brand search and Shopping campaigns in an eCommerce environment.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven experimentation and performance insight.
