PPC Paid Search Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing UK eCommerce brand as a PPC Paid Search Manager. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery and optimisation of paid search campaigns across Google platforms, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise paid search campaigns across the Google ecosystem.
• Manage full‑funnel activity (top, middle and bottom of funnel) to drive acquisition and conversions.
• Develop and execute YouTube and video‑based performance campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data‑driven optimisations.
• Conduct keyword and trend research using tools such as Google Trends.
• Create and implement structured testing plans to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with wider marketing teams to align PPC with broader acquisition strategy.
• Report on performance and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, particularly within Google Ads.
• Experience working in eCommerce or performance‑driven environments.
• Strong understanding of conversion‑focused campaign optimisation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take ownership.
