About the role
We are seeking a Practice Director to join a successful, long‑standing solicitors firm in London. The role is ideal for an existing Practice Manager or Practice Director who wants to take on additional responsibility and work closely with the Managing Partner.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Managing Partner to drive the practice’s strategic objectives.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations across both Criminal Defence and Conveyancing sectors.
- Lead and develop the practice team to ensure high‑quality client service.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business growth.
Required profile
- Current or recent experience as a Practice Manager or Practice Director within a solicitors firm.
- Demonstrated experience in both Criminal Defence and Conveyancing.
- Based in London and able to attend immediate in‑person interviews.
