About the role
We are seeking a Practice Director to join a long‑standing, profitable solicitors firm in London. Reporting to the Managing Partner, you will lead the practice, building on existing management experience and driving growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the legal practice, ensuring high standards of client service.
- Collaborate with the Managing Partner on strategic initiatives and business development.
- Manage and mentor practice managers and other senior staff.
- Maintain compliance with the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and lead related audits.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
Required profile
- Current or former Practice Manager or Practice Director within a solicitors firm.
- Demonstrated experience with CQS audits.
- Strong leadership and commercial acumen.
