About the role

The Practice Manager will lead a successful dental/healthcare practice in Bridgwater, driving revenue, ensuring compliance and delivering outstanding customer service. This is a full‑time, on‑site position within a forward‑thinking organisation that values high performance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the practice team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
