Practice Nurse – Locum Shifts in Harpenden

About the role

Chase Medical is seeking qualified Practice Nurses for locum shifts across primary‑care settings in Harpenden. You will work in GP surgeries, walk‑in centres or out‑of‑hours services, choosing the hours that suit your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients in a variety of primary‑care environments.
• Conduct patient assessments, administer medication and vaccinations.
• Support clinical teams with routine procedures and patient flow.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow practice protocols.
• Adapt quickly to different settings, including evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with experience in primary‑care or community settings.
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
• Flexible availability for shifts on weekdays, evenings or weekends.
• Ability to integrate smoothly into new teams and follow induction procedures.
