Practice Nurse – Part‑time (25‑30 hrs/week)

About the role
We are partnering with an established independent GP training practice in Streatham, South East London, to recruit a part‑time Practice Nurse. The role offers 25‑30 hours per week within a supportive clinical team serving around 5,500 patients.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver cytology sampling and analysis.
- Administer baby and adult immunisations.
- Conduct chronic disease reviews and follow‑up.
- Provide routine nursing care within a general practice setting.
Required profile
- NMC‑registered Practice Nurse.
- Proven experience working in General Practice.
- Ability to work autonomously and integrate quickly into the team.
- Competence in cytology, immunisations and chronic disease management.

- Salary aligned with Agenda for Change – up to Band 5 (£18‑£20 per hour, DOE).
